Have you ever rented a paddleboard but been given no instruction? Well, this is a story heard all too often!
This is a FREE clinic so that you can learn the basics of paddle boarding and water safety.
This Event is by Donation!! All donations go towards being able to keep smiling faces on the water! :) Registration is required to know who is coming and a waiver must be signed. Come for 101 and stay for SUPfit (Registration in advance is required!).

A multi-discipline workout that combines, strength, endurance, stability, and cardio! Join Julie, a 17 year veteran of group fitness, as she combines her love of fitness and well-being with her passion of stand-up paddle boarding! This will be a full hour and full body workout that all levels and genders can enjoy!
BYOBoard ticket option is also included.

July 13th and August 17th
Uplift Adventure Retreats partners with GVST Wellness for a 2 hour workshop that integrates a yoga class with paddle board technique and instruction. Stephanie and Julie will be partnering and handing off from paddle board 101 on land, to a yoga warm up. They will take to the water with students and boards to do a brief paddle boarding instruction before anchoring in a scenic settling. Dropping anchor, class continues on the water. Students will take in the setting sun as Julie and Stephanie guide students back to shore and finish with a parting meditation.
July 12th 6:30-7:30 pm at Metro Beach
Julie from Uplift Adventure Retreats partners with Shores Yoga to slow things down and get some much needed connection to nature and ourselves. Join Julie as she leads SUPyoga and meditation while the Sun goes down. Julie will lead a brief paddle boarding instruction before anchoring in a scenic settling.
