Uplift Adventure Retreats were created to inspire growth in mind, body, and spirit through immersive experiences in nature, intentional movement, meaningful conversation, and soulful connection. We believe adventure is a catalyst for transformation—and that when women gather with purpose, magic unfolds.
This Greece retreat is a living embodiment of that vision. For 7 days and 6 nights, guests will sail, paddle, swim, and hike through the Cyclades, guided by the rhythm of the sea and the wisdom of the moment. Each day offers space to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and open the heart—whether through SUP fitness, mindful dialogue, or simply watching the sun rise over a quiet harbor.

Every detail is thoughtfully curated by lead facilitators Juliet Urushima of Bluet SUP and Hadar Gat of Sup Cruise, who bring years of experience in luxury adventure and soulful connection.
We’re also honored to welcome special guest Julie Miller, MA, LPC, who will offer five transformative sessions blending movement, mindfulness, and empowerment throughout the journey.
